The staff was nice. breakfast was awesome, i liked its variety. the location is good. It is close to the city center.

the room was too cold, even when i increased the temperature, the cold persisted. there was no toothbrush or toothpaste provided, this was inconvenient. i heard noises from ventilation so good sleep was impossible.

The noise was a real issue. I could hear everything from the hallway and the adjacent rooms. this made it hard to relax or get a decent night's sleep. also, the room lacked basic amenities. there was no kettle for making tea or coffee, and i missed having a mini-fridge to keep drinks cold.
